*PILATES FOR TEACHERS* is a LIVE class where Pilates and ballet combine. Pilates is a perfect compliment to ballet training as it strengthens and lengthens muscles, as well as coordinates breath and movement. Regina Arenas (a Global Ballet Teachers member in Argentina) will lead this class!
